Ministry Project For Children and Families of our Community

“Take A Break Ministries” offers your child a healthy Christian environment.

The ministry is directed by Leata and she has been involved with People’s Church Children’s Ministry for 8 years.  She has her level 3 Early Childhood Development Diploma. Leata has a passion for children and for God.

This ministry is available at the Reach Centre Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm for pre-school children (newborn to kindergarten).

Costs will be:

• $4.00 hour for 1st child in a family.
• $3.50 hour for 2nd child in a family.
• $3.00 hour for all remaining children in a family.

Some of the exciting centers the children will be able to participate in are:

• Arts and Crafts Center – Play-Doh, finger paint and lots of fun stuff.
• Construction Center – Cars, trucks and lots of blocks to build with.
• Imagination Center – Lets play dress up!
• Soft and Quiet Center – When they want to read or do a puzzle this centre is for them.

Parents you would want to use this ministry if you are:

• Shopping, Dr.’s appointment’s etc.
• Working part time.
• Working out or taking a class at the Reach.
• Going for coffee with some friends .
• Or just that parent break.
